45-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We offer a 45-day money-back guarantee on select hosting services, ensuring our customers have adequate time to evaluate their purchase with W3Host.org.
Non-Refundable Payment Methods: The following payment types are non-refundable under any circumstances, as refunds will be applied as account credits only:
- Bank Wire Transfers: Direct bank payments cannot be refunded.
- Western Union Payments: Refunds will be issued as account credits.
- Checks and Money Orders: These payments are ineligible for direct refunds and will also be issued as account credits.
Customers using these payment methods can still receive refunds in the form of account credits. For more information, please contact our support team.
Eligibility for Refunds
For a refund request to be eligible, the following conditions must be met:
Non-Refundable Services: Certain items and services are strictly non-refundable, including:
- Domain registration and renewal fees
- Domain-related services such as privacy protection or forwarding
- Google Workspace or other productivity suite purchases
- Administrative and installation fees related to initial setup
- Third-party products purchased through W3Host.org
First-Time Accounts Only: Only first-time accounts are eligible for refunds under the 45-day guarantee. For example:
- If you previously held an account with W3Host.org, canceled, and signed up again, a refund will not be issued.
- If you have an existing account and open a second account, the second account is not eligible for a refund.
Refund Period Compliance: Refund requests must be submitted within the designated refund period for the service or product. Requests beyond this period will not be processed.
Product-Specific Terms: Some products may have unique refund policies. Please consult specific product terms before requesting a refund.

Technical Justification: Refunds are issued for technical issues only. Requests must include a valid reason for dissatisfaction related to the service’s technical performance.
Non-Refundable Circumstances:
- Hosting Illegal Content: No refund is provided if the account is found hosting illegal or copyrighted material, such as unauthorized mp3, video, or audio files.
- Monthly Plans: Refunds are not available for monthly subscription plans.
- Expired Refund Period: Refunds cannot be processed after the 45-day guarantee window has passed.
- Account Suspension or Termination: Accounts suspended or terminated due to misuse (e.g., email abuse, spamming, overuse, or violation of terms) are ineligible for refunds.
Non-Refundable Services
The following services are not eligible for refunds under any conditions:
- Domain Registrations and Renewals: Once purchased, domain registrations and renewals cannot be refunded, as these are non-transferable services.
- Google Workspace Services: Google Workspace and other licensed services are non-refundable due to third-party policies.
- Control Panel Licenses: License fees for cPanel or other control panels are final and cannot be refunded.
- Other Third-Party Products: Any product or service sourced through a third party is excluded from our refund policy.

Product-Specific Refund Terms
Refund eligibility varies by product type, and refunds are only issued within specified periods:
- Shared Hosting: Refundable within 45 days of the purchase date under the money-back guarantee.
- VPS Hosting: Refundable within 7 days of purchase. Requests must demonstrate a valid technical issue related to the service.
- Dedicated Servers: Refundable within 7 days of purchase, and only if technical issues are reported.
- Cloud Hosting: Refundable within 7 days of purchase, contingent upon a technical issue affecting service.
These timeframes ensure adequate evaluation time while allowing W3Host.org to maintain a high standard of service for all users.
Notice of Cancellation
To initiate cancellation of a service, you must contact W3Host.org via email at [email protected]. Your cancellation request must include:
- Account Ownership Verification: Provide information verifying your ownership of the account and any associated domains, as required by W3Host.org.
- Data Backup Confirmation: Confirm that all files, databases, and emails associated with the account have been backed up and stored outside of W3Host.org.
Upon cancellation, all services will terminate at the end of the current billing cycle.
Refund Process
To request a refund, follow these steps:

- Verification: Our team will verify the details of your request, including account status, refund eligibility, and the reason for the request.

Processing Time
Approved refunds are typically processed within 10 business days from the date of approval. Refunds are issued to the original payment method unless it’s one of the non-refundable types, in which case a credit will be applied to your W3Host.org account.
Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your services at any time by contacting our customer support team in writing.
- Cancellation Timing: Services will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle, at which point they will be automatically terminated.
- Confirmation: You will receive confirmation of your cancellation via email, along with details regarding the final billing period.
We recommend backing up all necessary data before cancellation, as all data on our servers will be permanently deleted upon service termination.
